Tiger McLuen | President

Tiger just hit three big milestones that give him perspective on life, ministry and leadership.  60/40/20.  He celebrated 60 years, so he has some traveling experience.  But, Tiger still rides his motorcycle, eats at Chipotle, water skis and hasn't fully grown up yet.  He also marked 40 years since his first job in youth ministry. This gives him ministry perspective that he has watched youth ministry change, culture change, families change and the Church change.  he remains passionate about ministry to teenagers and their families, and he tested those waters last year as the Interim Youth Pastor at his home church!  Finally, Tiger marked 25 years at Youth Leadership.  This has given him a perspective on leadership as he has led this organization through many phases.  He is also the author of a couple of book and some articles - but mostly he's a youth leader who loves being in a room full of people who are about the next generation. |contact Tiger|

Jeanne Osgood

Jeanne Osgood | V.P. of Strategic Initiatives and Development

Jeanne has had a variety of roles at Youth Leadership over the years.  As of June 1st, we are very excited that Jeanne has taken on this fancy title of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Development.  What that means is that Jeanne will oversee the Vision 2017 strategies--which need her ability to make sure good ideas actually happen!!! Plus, she will lead our expanded development and fundraising plans.  A bit compulsive about checking things off her list, she is passionate about working at Youth Leadership because of her experience as a student in Tiger’s youth group. She also has blackmail photos of the days Tiger sported a mullet and mustache. |contact Jeanne|
